REV is an Architecture and Design office based in Paris, created by Cristiano Benzoni and Sophie Thuillier in 2006.
REV provides architectural services in architecture, interior, retail and design projects.
Our approach is highly contextual. It is based on integrating every project’s context, identity and typical heritage into a new design experience, in order to define a new contemporary luxury concept. The vibes of changing trends in cultural, social, environmental and historical contexts are translated into every project in a unique way: REV believes in diversity as a value to keep for years to come.
REV founders Cristiano Benzoni and Sophie Thuillier have been involved in long term collaboration with Jean Nouvel in Paris. As Project Directors, they have been in charge of several international large scale projects such as the Agbar Tower in Barcelona (Spain), the Omnilife Headquarters in Guadalajara (Mexico), and the Technological Campus «Kilometro Rosso» in Bergamo (Italy).
In 2003, Cristiano Benzoni started his first associate office in Paris and established a collaboration with LVMH Group, the biggest luxury group in the world.
Some recently completed works includes the Louis Vuitton flagship-store on the Champs Elysées in Paris, the Louis Vuitton Ginza Matsuya and Louis Vuitton Nagoya stores in Tokyo (Japan) as well as the new concept store for Celine in avenue Montaigne in Paris.
In retail design, REV is actually working with some international prestigious brands, on their new store’s concept and the construction of two new Flagship Stores, on the very parisian Avenue des Champs-Elysées.
REV’s international experience in design and management is now focused on the development of luxury design projects worldwide (architecture and interiors) such as new hotel in Saint-Barthelemy (French Antilles), Palace hotels and residences in Hungary (the new Buddha Bar Hotel Klotild Palace, Budapest), Montenegro (Planinka Hotel, Zabljak) and Morocco (Mohammed VI landmark project, Marrakech; the Buddha Bar, Casablanca), a new luxury sky villas high-rise complex in Pune (India) as well as many private residences and housing projects in France, Japan and Italy.
